Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Adoption
Anyone adopted? Private or through foster? We are debating adoption vs fertility treatments and wondering if anyone could give us some info or maybe someone knows how expensive adoption might be?

H and I are currently in the adoption process. We're going through Oklahoma DHS, so the cost (so far) has been zilch. From what I understand, the only thing we'll end up having to pay for is the lawyer fee at the end... and even then, it gets reimbursed to you. We'd like to avoid the foster-to-adopt route, but if we want a baby then we're more than likely going to have to do that... so we've been considering it.
So, if you want more information or whatever, I'll tell you what I know...
