we are ready to buy a new sofa and one with a pullout for overnight guests. we are looking for maybe a sectional and something that is of good quality. I am not interested in ikea. There are so many places to buy furniture in NC but where to start. Fill me in girls!
Re: looking for a new sofa
One of the nicest "Hide a beds" I've ever seen (but not actually slept on--I only laid on it) was from Ashley Interiors in High Point. They specialize in Rattan furniture, but they also have regular sofas as well (the hide a bed I saw in their showroom was on a regular sofa). They are usually open to the public, but you are coming up on Furniture Market so you may want to wait until next month--during market they are only open for buyers and I think they close either the week before, or the week after Market to re-vamp/re-organize/give their sales staff some time off.
That's the only rec I have off the top of my head. I did have a really good experience at Priba Furniture in GSO if you are looking to go shopping somewhere that has multiple manufacturers.
cool thanks for the recommendation! were moving in a few months so were going to get rid of the old grandma sofa and start fresh.
TIA
