I have gone to Mitchell's for years for my hair - cut/style, and highlights. My most recent cut/style, I went to Divine Salon & Spa in NKY b/c my hairstylist recently changed salons.
For nails, I typically go to Mitchell's and I agree with PP that it can get expensive. It is rare that I go get nails done, though, so when I do it is usually a special occassion or a treat from DH. You can find coupons every once in awhile - check out Reach magazine.
