Hello everyone,
Does anyone use a specific free online or downloadable interactive fertility calendar? I'm looking for one that I can log my daily temp, period days and etc and hoping it will spit out when I am most/least fertile.
Thanks!
Re: natural bc?
FertilityFriend.com or TCOYF.com
ETA: I wanted to add that if you are truely serious about tta, take a class with a teaching couple thru www.ccli.org so they can help you understand what you are looking at. FAM/NFP is NOT the rythmn method and is as effecitive as any other bc and it comes down to how committed you are to using it properly.

I've just finished my 42nd cycle charting to avoid pregnancy. 42 cycles. That's about 3 and a half years. I know women who have successfully avoided with FAM for 10 and 20 years! I've never been on hormonal BC and never want kids. I've never even had the hint of a scare. FAM is the only form of BC I trust. Read Taking Charge of Your Fertility, download the software from Ovusoft.com (TOTALLY worth the $40! I find it much more accurate than Fertility Friend). And keep in mind that those who say that FAM "failed" for them were not following the rules strictly or taking calculated risks. If you are very motivated to avoid you can follow the rules as strictly as you want. Clearly it works.
BTW - Cycle Beads DO NOT work. They are nothing more than a way to count days - that's the rhythm method - NOT FAM. Your ovulation date can vary (sometimes a lot) from month to month and counting past cycles does nothing to account for those possible changes. Fertility Awareness takes scientific information based on your basal body temp, cervical fluid and cervical changes throughout the month to determine your ovulation day. If you are going to ovulate early or late during any given month you can CLEARLY see that happening and plan accordingly. Rhythm method and Cycle Beads rely on past cycles to predict the future. Never go on past cycle information. Each cycle is it's own entity and should be treated as such.
Check out ovusoft.com for some very helpful forums. Best of luck!
