I forgot to mention!
We got our new garage door yesterday! The guy was more than 2 hours late, but it turns out he'd gotten hit by a drunk driver (yes...at 9:30am!). Our new door is white and pretty and insulated...and when it goes up, it actually stays up! And it's not about to fall of the track! The opener that we got is super quiet, which is especially good since our bedroom is directly above the garage.
I'm so excited about this, it's ridiculous.

woohoo, that's awesome! when we first moved in we had a manual door! being, the excellent wife I am, I would go out and open/close it for dh each morning (he left for work before me). last Christmas we got a garage door opener from lowe's on sale and dh installed. such a life saver!
about 6 mos ago dh figured out how to program my little buttons in my car to open the garage door too! we have a one bay and he parks in it b/c his car doesn't have air or heat AND it leaks when it rains. it's better to keep his inside. but now i don't have to walk up the driveway to come inside. I just hit my little button
yay! I wish I even had a drive way!
Next house that is #1 on the list!
Baby #2 - D&E - 10/1/10 @ 19w2d - thanatophoric dysplasia confirmed.
Charlotte Lillian will be forever in our hearts.
Baby #3 - Little Bean - natural miscarriage - 1/17/11 @ 5w5d
