WTF: Khakis not business casual?
Please explain how khakis, a cardigan, and black flats are NOT considered appropriate for business casual.
(FYI, both bosses wear baggy jeans, tennis shoes, and old faded polo shirts.)

They are business casual. My clinic this summer was business casual, and that's what I wore, even when treating patients. What happened?
