Wonger

Is the baby feeling better?

Re: Wonger

  • He's only thrown up once today. Through this whole thing he has had great spirit, so for that I am thankful. I just hate to see him *v. Thanks!
  • I'm glad he's feeling better. Vomiting babies are zero fun.

  • Poor baby. Glad he is still perky, even when pukey.

  • Thanks guys. Did I mention my H is also sick? hahahaha....seriously, which one is the baby?
  • oh, and he weighed 17 pounds at the dr. guess we should expect his insurance to be denied
  • Make that more than once now. Poor baby. he is asleep though, thankfully.
  • The percentages confuse me. How can that baby be in the 99% for length at 25in when my doc told us that Ethan was 90% at 27in? Every person on the bump seems to have a different percentage. You'd think they could have one standard chart.

We hit a growth spurt or something today. He's wanted to eat every two and a half hours when he was going four. My nipples feel like they've been run through a meat grinder. We went ahead and tried some cereal since he was so hungry. He became a fan. I just posted the video on facebook.

  • Big guy! We just started solids this week. Cereal (oatmeal) is making Owen super gassy. And stinky poopy.

Yeah I was planning on holding off for a while, but I needed a break from being a milking machine today. This was just rice cereal, so I'll let him try this for a few weeks and then hit the oatmeal.

  • I'd forgotten how quickly solids change the poop of a breastfed baby. PU! We skipped rice, we'll go back to it after trying some veg. Rice constipated the tar out of Mags. But, he had sweet potato tonight and loved it. He likes to  grab and chew the spoon.
