Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • Great article. Thanks.  I usually wash my sheets/pillowcases/comforter every 2 weeks....I guess I'll have to do them weekly now.  Sigh.
  • I am surprised that they say to wash your pillows every 6 months. That seems like quite a long time! Maybe I am a freak but I was our pillows at least once or twice a month (yup.....freakish!) Smile

    Also, not sure how many people know this, but once you take off the mattress pad, you should also vaccum the top of your mattress to get up any dead-skin cells or little unseen bugs that eat dead skin cells. I had somewhat bad allergies as a kid and my doctor had recommended this to help.
