Great chicken recipe
I am not much of a cook but today I made some delicious chicken. I thought I would share the recipe (it was from a cookbook but I had to make some changes since I didn't have everything). I used chicken wings but it was originally for breasts.
Soak chicken in 1 cup of buttermilk for at least 5 minutes (I didn't have any so I used skim milk with a tsp of lemon juice, let that sit for 5 minutes before you use it).
Make a breading with: 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix, 1 1/2 cups of Bisquick, 1 1/2 cups of italian bread crumbs.
Coat chicken in breading and bake.
