As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Passport Emergency
Hey girls...hate to post w/an emergency but is anyone on here familiar with passports? We have and travel emergency and need help!! Thanks!

I will be in and out most of the day and will try to respond asap.
If you have a true life & death emergency you can call 1-877-4-USA-PPT (1-877-487-2778) and they will decide if you really need a new passport immediately. You may have to drive to DC to get it.
IF this is related to a vacation issue you are pretty much out of luck until Tuesday because Monday is a federal holiday and the passport office in Philly is closed.
Thanks for responding! Yeah, it is related to vacation, expired passport and she didn't find out until she got to the airport so she'll be heading to the Philly office first thing tomorrow. Kinda figured she'd be outta luck until tomorrow but we were trying every avenue. Thanks again.
The office opens at 8am, the line out front usually starts around 7:30.
The first pick up time is 12:30 but if she has proof that she is leaving that day before 1 or 2p the passport can be made in about an hour.
GL to your friend! It stinks, but it happens a lot!
I'm sure it does...it was definitely weird because she travels a lot! She's there now and has a few people ahead of her. There are 2 flights to her destination today but probably won't make the first one but at least she'll get there! Again, thanks!
