Harrisburg Boot Camps
Has anyone heard of this boot camp program, altimate physique? I was supposed to start a bootcamp there this morning, but their electricity was out so it was cancelled. I was kind of surprised by the building and the lack of sign or anything saying it was altimate physique. So I wanted to see if anyone had been there and what you thought of their program. Thanks.

I found myself bored tonight and deiced to check this out..
I would be interested in trying this- I would have to do evening classes. Do you like it? How hard are the workouts?
The workouts are pretty intense, they are hard but totally doable. He won't let you quit. I love it so far. I was sore after the first class, it hurt to get out of bed. It is getting better though and I feel great after working out. I just needed someone there to push me along so I felt motivated and to force me to do it.
