Christmas Poll - what's on your list?
Stolen from another board - what do you want for Xmas? I'm 99% sure I will not get most of these items, except for the pots and pans. I'm pretty sure BF will be getting me those.
-new set of heavy duty stainless steel pots and pans
-a Le Creuset Dutch Oven
-Set of casserole dishes I can put in the oven (can't remember the name)
-Kitchen Aid Mixer
- a large cast iron skillet with a lid, a square plus a round one
-more baking supplies and a baking rack for cooling
-gift cards for clothes
Re: Christmas Poll - what's on your list?
It will be time for me to get a new phone in Dec, so...Iphone. After that I would like some new clothes and maybe a few pieces of our china. We almost have a full set. The main thing is the phone, though. I have wanted one for a while.
I want to take cooking classes. I really want to learn how to handle knives better to cut vegetables properly.
We might just hold off on Christmas and save that money for an upcoming vacation.

i have my list saved in excel on my desktop. i started it this past weekend. If i don't keep a list, i will forget what i want. lol

Thanks for reminding me, I want a breadmaker too, LOL. I am not getting anything off my list except my pots and pans, but it's nice to dream, right?
We'll be out of the country for Christmas for the next 3 years, so I have no idea how it will work.
This year, we are leaving from Switzerland to somewhere in Africa about a week before Christmas, and won't be home until mid-March. Assuming all goes as planned, we will spend the next 2 Christmases overseas with the Peace Corps.
That said, we already have a ton of stuff that we don't need - wedding gifts we haven't used, clothes we won't need, etc. The only thing I can think of that I really want is a nice camera, since we'll have lots of Kodak moments
I am also probably due for a new computer and I'd like one with a camera built in for Skype-ing.

it's a store in ohio that will custom make anything with whatever fabric you want. i don't really care about what the fabric is, i just want dh to create something he thinks i will like.
i had a fanny pack made for my g-ma that was the sweetest thing ever (and yes, the fanny pack was super cute). i also have a make up roll from there.
Noelle, I was going to suggest DH get me Beauty and the Beast for our Anni in a couple of weeks!
Other than that, I have a few books and CD's on my Amazon Wish List, but nothing $$ or even really $.

I have a breadmaker you can have! Or I'll sell it to you on the cheap! It hasn't been used much and works fine, I just prefer to make bread the old-fashioned way and am trying to perfect my techniques (some things I can't do with a breadmaker)!

I have no clue...all I can come up with is cooking-related items! Oh, I need a dining room table/chairs so we have somewhere to sit when everyone comes here for Christmas! I think C and I are going to get an elliptical as our Christmas gift. We've both been wanting one and he needs it bad (the doctor flat out told him he needs to lose weight). Beyond that, we're also trying to save for a house and a wedding, of course!
I have absolutely no idea. Hubby's iPhone has been on the fritz, so we have talked about getting the iPhone 4.
I'll probably ask for some new clothes/gift card for clothes.
The only small thing I want for Christmas/Birthday (Nov) is a cookbook stand.
What I'd really like is a major kitchen/garage/laundryroom/backdeck house renovation but I don't think tha'ts going to happen this year.
