Tutoring..

I know this is an off the wall question and many of you have already graduated college, but I'm curious as to if anyone knows any Algebra tutors. I'm typically a 4.0 student and I'm currently not doing so well in college Algebra. I'm terrified it's going to drop my GPA if I don't get some help soon! I'm on the hunt for a good tutor but I have no idea where to even begin looking! Any advice is greatly appreciated..thanks!

Re: Tutoring..

  • I should recommend myself since I breezed through college algebra but since that was 9 years ago, I'm scared.  LOL.

Let me ask a friend of mine who oversees tutoring at LSU.  She can probably recommend someone.

  • LOL.Well, I'm definitely not breezing through anything, that's for sure! And that would be so great!! Thank you so much!! I'm trying to get myself straight now since everything builds on everything else...well that and I'd forfeit my scholarship if my GPA dropped Embarrassed..Yeah, I'm a little bit of a nerd...lol

  • are you at LSU, or SELU?

  • I'm actually finishing up my pre-reqs at RPCC in Sorrento. I've got one semester left and I'll be transferring to LSU as a junior.
