Stuffed Cabbage Casserole is baking in the oven right now and I am STARVING and my house smells so good! I got the recipe from my coworker.. she says it's awesome and even better the next day!
Last week I weighed in at WW and I lost 4.2 pounds! I was so excited.. my 3 week total is 6.6 - not bad! Yesterday was awful though. We had an open house where I work (dispatch for a local PD). A nearby business brought 4 dozen donuts and a dozen bagels with cream cheese to thank us for all we've done (so obviously they are in dispatch and stay there for the day). A little while later, one of the sergeants shows up and he has a dozen donuts ("for my favorite dispatchers"). Next thing we know someone else showed up with 3 dozen more. So by the end of my 8 hour shift there were 8 DOZEN donuts. I had 3ish and blew my whole day and ended up having pizza for dinner last night.
Of course I went to work this morning and there were still 28 (I don't know why I had to count) donuts left and I did not touch a single one! Then one of the cops shows up with 6 cupcakes that his wife made for a birthday party yesterday. His wife made our wedding cake.. I CANNOT turn down her chocolate cake!! So I brought home one and made hubby eat half. I will have the other half after dinner.
Today I am back on track and hope that the weekends events don't show up on the scale on Friday! And sorry this was so long!!

Congrats on the weight loss! I've been having a hard time staying on track too. I used up all of my extra (35) points last week, and I'm trying avoid using them this week (I did for a few drinks this weekend). This coming weekend I'm going to visit my brother and SIL for my brother's B-Day. I think it's going to be a difficult couple of days.
totally agree! you have to allow yourself a treat every now and then. Congrats on the weight loss so far!
Everything is fine in moderation- as long as you don't eat 3 donuts everyday, it's ok!!
