Hey ladies!! I know I don't post much but I read lots of posts. I have a huge dilemma and I was wondering if you ladies might help get me some insight.
So here's my problem: I've been a nurse for 4 years on an oncology floor. The hospital is going through some financial trouble and they are closing a floor. Those girls from that floor had to chose other units to work on so I got bumped out of my position. Now I'm confused. I don't know if I should bump someone out of their position so I can stay on my floor, or if I should just go to another floor??? I just feel bad for bumping someone but I love my floor and i'd love to stay.
Hope you girls can give me some help! Thanks ladies!!!
Re: Hi Girls!!
You've heard what I've done, not what I've been through.
If you were in my shoes, you'd fall the first step."
So I got bumped out of my position and I can either go to another floor or stay on my floor and bump one of my co-workers positions. It's so confusing and tough!
Thanks for all the support and it's so true I have to do what is good for me at this point. I just feel so bad. I wish I was a little less emotional than I am, but maybe thats why I like oncology so much. Thanks girls!! I'll keep you updated on what decision I make.
I think Becky's right.
