For 'BeautifulStephanie'

I see you pulled your topic about lack of confidence with your man,....probably because of the replies you got......

Stephanie,....Hi!

First thing is, DON'T let people upset you with their rudeness like the other women here have just done.     Shyness is crippling to young people and is usually caused by extreme lack of confidence.  Perhaps you have had people close to you make the same sort of comments that you have had here,...and this all adds up until the only thing we can think about is how we are coming across to other people and what they are really thinking about us,........You're NOT alone so welcome to the club Sweetie!

You need to work on your all round confidence so that you can get on with enjoying life without worrying about what other poeple think of you.   Try to spend some time every day getting relaxed somewhere quiet and then visualizing yourself as completely happy and confident.   Once you are used to this, start to visualize the times when people made fun of you or said nasty things and as you see it again in your mind concentrate on it being funny rather than bad,...think of these people with no clothes on or with wearing something ridiculous and they will be made more funny in your minds eye!     Once you have got this sorted out you can move on to visualizing yourself having exciting and fullfilling sex with your man.....And, wearing nice lingerie etc.

Next, you might want to try a self-confidence book/DVD such as those by paul Mckenna,...see his site here; http://www.paulmckenna.com/confidence.aspx?rpid=137

Lastly, I suspect that you are young and were not too interested in school.   It does not matter to most of the people provided that you are friendly and smile as much as you can and that you are ready to talk about anything too them.      You can still be very well informed by taking five minutes a day to read a newspaper and/or take a look at the news sites on the web.    If you do this for a few weeks/months you will be able to talk to anybody about almost anything and this wll give you a BIG increase in confidence,.....perhaps even in bed with your man!!......Good Luck!
