Tell me I'm a good wife
Sunday is Rob's 30th birthday and Monday is our anniversary. I have been racking my brain on what gift I would give him. It's sad but I could think of nothing tangible to get him. Nothing. He's a huge sports fan. I finally got an idea today and I knew it would be expensive. I jumped on ebay and paid a "buy it now" price ( I don't even want to say how much I spent ) for tickets to Saturday's Phillies vs. Giants NLCS game in Philly. I also spent a ridiculous amount of money on a hotel room. We could probably drive home afterwards but probably wouldn't get home until 3am (The game is at 7:30pm). I requested overnight shipping on the tickets (even more money) so I plan to give him a card on Thurs or Fri with the tickets in it. I want to tell him in advance in case he wants to cancel the hotel room and make the late drive home. This is a good gift, right? Your hubbies would want this gift, right?

11/10 - 100mg Clomid + trigger + IUI + Estradiol + Progesterone = BFN
12/10 - Unmedicated cycle due to RE not doing treatments in December = BFN
1/11 - 100mg Clomid + trigger + IUI + Estradiol + Progesterone = BFN
2/11 - Same sh!t, different month = IUI cancelled due to no response = BFN
IVF #1 - Start stims (Follistim) 5/10, add in Ganirelix 5/14
ER 5/21 - 13 retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilized; ET 5/26 - transferred one perfect 1AA blast. 3 snowbabies.
Beta 6/3 - 15.8; Beta 6/7 - 21.8; Beta 6/10 - 7
FET - Transferred 1 AA blast 7/11. Beta 7/20 - 311! Beta 7/22 - 784!! First u/s 8/10

My first thought is forget Rob and take me.
You are a wonderful wife for doing that though. As long as you know it fits into your budget, and he won't be upset about the extra money being set (not that I think he would) you have given him a great 30th Birthday/2nd Anniversary gift.
