How about a December GTG???
Since we seem to keep messing up on the GTG-front I was thinking if we started talking about it now, we could get all the planets and stars to align for a Dec GTG.
So, what is folks availablity in Dec? And what are folks interested in doing? We could do one fo teh Shop 'n Strolls in ABQ, or venture up to Santa Fe or maybe try ice skating in the outdoor rink in Los Alamos for diamond, etc.....

Since I'm moving to NM in December, it would be great to meet some people! We'll be arriving on or around December 15, if that makes any difference.
I think I can manage that.
I don't think RN has her work schedule that far out, but I'll ask her when I see or talk to her tomorrow.
Susan, we were just talking about how we haven't done a GTG or talked to you in a while. We definitely need to get something going.

Oh God, I haven't talked to RN in forever!!! I've been a bad friend lately...
So far we have after Dec 15. That may work because Katy usually comes to ABQ for a few days after school lets out. I was also thinking we might want to go up north since Claire broke her arms and isn't that mobile....
I'm game for an earlier date, I'm just not avaiable because of family crap and vacation and family crap.....

I am on vacation from December 13th- the end of the year....so I am totally game for whatever. My family is coming into town for Xmas but only around the holiday weekend, so I have a ton of flexibility.
December would be great. Like Flame said, I usually go home to visit my family as soon as school lets out for winter break. This year the kids finish up on Fri., December 17th, so that weekend would probably work for me. We'll probably be up there doing the last of our Christmas shopping anyway.
It sounds like the weekend of Dec 17 works for everyone so far. So everyone keep that weekend free.....
Anyone have any ideas on what they feel like doing?
Shop & Stroll is usally teh forst week/weekend in Dec.
We could be totally crazy and plan on multiple events....
I'm up for anything! No plans really other than normal Christmas craziness, so the weekend of the 17th would work for me.
