As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Best 1st Amendment description ever
So I'm telling the President of my company (who is a Lawyer) about the Obama food stamps, and his response: "Well, that is pretty bad and way out there, but the First Amendment does give you the right to be stupid."
I've never heard it described like that but it is pretty much right on. Time to call the law schools and change the Constitutional Law courses.

That's awesome. I'm going to remember that the next time a stupid person on E08 prattles on. They're just exercising their first Amendment rights!
