It was a semi fail
I prepared it according to the directions, and started baking it. I could smell the onions burning halfway through so I tented it with foil and turned the temp down to 350.
I baked it a lot longer and the chx was still pink, and I dropped one piece off the rack onto the cooking sheet and all my onion bits fell off
(*Lauren obviously the rack didnt work for me, the onions just kept falling off and into the sheet).
It was a semi fail only bc of all the issues I had. DH loved it in the end and wanted seconds. Too bad I only made enough for one piece for each of us. LOL.
