I'm not one for prayer really
but with all the talk about the miners, I've been praying that everything goes ok. I feel like we need a positive story like this one to get the world back on track.
I started crying this morning when they brought number 8 out and he was hugging his wife and daughter. I just hope that everyone makes it safely out.

Which is exactly why we need some good news! I don't watch the news either, b/c it's just full of scare tactics and divisiveness. I may turn it on to watch coverage of the miners, though! I was so happy to hear about it on the radio this morning!

They were talking about this on another board. Someone mentioned that the guy was probably begging to come out last or something.

Yeah I heard about it on the radio yesterday morning. Also that they all wanted to be the last one out so whoever could be in the guiness book of world records for longest time in a mine.
