I need to pick the collective CN hairstylist brain: Recommend your product for adding texture/thickness to fine hair.

I'm all about the less is more. I think it's better for hair to look a little thin, as opposed to full of junk.
I have heard good things about the newish powder texturizers out there. They are the little containers of powder wax that you shake into your roots and they thicken/lift. Powder Up by Lanza is one option.
IMO, that plus a tiny bit of backcombing will go a long way. And other than washing with a volumizing shampoo and conditioner (I do this, except put a moisturizing conditioner on my ends), I would leave it at that, so you can keep your ends soft and movement-y and gunk free.
I use Catwalk Root Boost on the days I dry my hair straight. Just a bit at the roots gives me some volume.
When I want to play Snooki, I use Sexy Hair Backcomb in a Bottle.
