That recipe looks great!
Instead of 3 eggs, try some egg whites or 3 egg beaters.
The sugar I think will be fine. You could try 1/2 C sugar, 1/2C truvia; or 2/3 cup agave instead of the sugar; but then you need to determine how much less liquid ingredients to use (there is a calc...I think it's like for every 1 cup you sub agave for sugar, you need to decrease ea liquid by an ounce...)
