As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I got a raise!!!!!!!!
Finally! After 2 1/2 years! She didn't even tell me, I sort of knew as I'd seen the budget but she just gave me Friday's paycheck and it looks like I got 6%. Not a lot but I know that's about standard. Pity it's coming now when I'm about to leave for a few months but it'll definitely help next year!!

Unfortunately the disability payments I get for maternity leave from the state take into account my highest earnings in the quarter before I go on leave which happened to conveniently end on October 1 so no. But, any work I do from home will be paid hourly so that will count.
that sucks that she did it now of all times, but glad you finally got it! bev's right, 6% is great, esp now. even in the 'good' times the most we could get was 5%. Now 3% is the max
