I'm going to say there's a tie between two! I absolutely loved Boston when we visited this past year. I'd love to go back.
And I am also always a big fan of enjoying a weekend in Denver. The
mountains are beautiful!
Wait! One more!! I adore Laguna Beach. Such an awesome artsy community.

Not really a city person. I like Seattle the best of all I've been to (Denver is pretty sweet, but it's just right there, so it doesn't seem like anything special to me!)
I kinda want to check out Madison, WI. It's apparently a big bike community, which my husband would love:
