shredded chicken tacos = AMAZING!!!! YUM YUM!
Of course i forget if it was megerin or becky who gave me the recipe. I used 3 chicken breasts just like it said and it was plenty. I made some white rice with it as welll and I had the tortilla shells on the side. I love it with just the rice and chicken mix on top! I can't wait for Jay to get home and try it, i know he will LOVE It!
And omg i just realized I didn't put cheese or sour cream on it, woops!

Shredded Chicken Tacos
Package of chicken breasts (mine were like 3 good size breasts)
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatos
1 can black beans
1 packet taco seasoning
Dump all of this juice and all into the crock pot and cook 8-9 hours. (I did 9).
You can serve with hard or soft taco shells with cheese and the fixings.
I chose to make some white rice tonight and eat it on top, it was absolutely delicious!!!! And how easy!!!!thank you again- FYI this is all over the Knot and the Nest now as I have posted it to my local boards!!
