Aiight. Friends of ours (one of the couples we were supposed to go to Jamaica with) host a Halloween party every year. We've gone 2 out of the last 3 years (year #2 we went to a party hosted by one of my good friends).
In the past we've either been told we're invited to parties at their house by Tim and Shannon (we met this couple through them) or invited via FB.
This year, nothing. We haven't heard a thing. It makes me wonder if maybe they're intentionally not inviting us since we ditched them for Jamaica.
What do you guys think? Should we just assume an invite? Or grow some balls and just ask them if they're having a party? Make other plans?

We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

Ryley's doing ok. He's got a flu type bug right now that he won't be able to kick for a few weeks since he just finished a round of chemo and his white blood cell counts are falling. Sadly, that means he's in isolation (can't leave his room).
I don't think they'd cancel the party. They hosted the pig roast fundraiser. But who knows.
