I am way Jealous you get to close in less than two weeks!! Our seller is being a jerk- he is saying that the sale contingency in the contract (that our condo actually sells, that the buyer can really get a mortgage, etc) is now a deal breaker and he doesn't want to sell to us. This house has been on the market for a YEAR. Yes- and entire YEAR. And he's going to back out over waiting another 3 weeks or so to see if this girl can get a mortgage for our condo
ugh... on the upside we looked at another house tonight that we really like, too. So we'll just move down the list until something goes through
