I just watched the season finale of Teen Mom

And I think I've pretty much cried all my eye makeup off. I'm not generally much of a sap, either. That recordable book of Caitlynn and Tyler's just killed me. They're just exquisite, and man is Carlye a lucky little girl.

  • Agreed. Their book was sooo cute! I cried too. :)

  • I loved the book too and I def had some tears in my eyes. I applaud them for what they did and giving their baby a better life; I couldn't imagine taking a baby into her moms house with all the verbal abuse.

  • I'm glad someone brought up Teen Mom besides me. lol.

Dude, I bawled while I was watching Caitlyn and Tyler. Not just crying but sobbing. It was a little pathetic. Especially when Caitlyn and Carly were doing that scrunchy nose thing with each other and no one else was really paying attention to them. It was like they were in their own little world. So sweet.

Apparently Amber's boyfriend is not a child molester. There was another Chris who looked like him who is the child molester. But, still.... don't let some random dude change your kids diapers and clothes. I think Gary had a right to be mad about that.

  • That scrunchy nose thing got me, too. They're just incredible. I hope they're as amazing and mature in real life as they seem on the show.

I heard that! He sure seems off, though, sex offender or not. I don't know if he just wants to be on MTV or what, but he seems weirder than helll. I thought Gary was right to be angry about that - Amber is pretty dumb to let a man she doesn't even know do that. They sure are portraying her to be lazy, aren't they? Her house is a pit and she's just always lying in bed.

Not a mystery to me why she couldn't even pass her GED practice test - "Gary, we just wasn't meant to be together." Learn English, moron.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, what???  She let that random guy change her kid's diaper??????  That makes me feel sick to my stomach.  Where is this girl's parents??  Surely there is someone in her life that can knock some damn common sense into her?!?

  • Even if the dude isn't the (already known) child molester, he's still an effing convict that she's known for two weeks with no job or car and already moved into her home and is trusting her daughter with.  Idiot.  She's a worthless piece of shiit.  I also hate how she always calls Gary fat.  Hey moron, last season you were a bit of a tubbo too. I'm not sure you get to judge.

I love that Catelynn and Tyler continue to realize that they made the right choice, both by Carley's happy family and by Catelynn's horrific one.  I feel so sorry for that girl, because the worse her mom is, the more she just wants her to get it right.  Unfortunately, I'm 99.9% sure her mother won't ever change, but it's good that Catelynn is getting counseling to help her realize and work through that.
