  • T's 9 month check up was this morning.  The doctor kept referring to him as a "toddler" and "his toddler tendencies".  He even said "I can't believe he's only 9 months old."  Crying  Don't I technically have 3 months left of a baby
  • I think you have 3 months left of baby.

I remember going to babies r us around my son's first birthday, and they didn't have anything I needed.  He pretty much outgrown the store.

You have LOTS of "baby" left! Even now, DS will snuggle into me and say, "Mommy, I'm you BABY." And I reply (if I don't, he reminds me), "You ARE my baby, forever and always." :D

    heartmelt.  How sweet!

  • Crying It has  been tough these past few weeks between getting rid of the last of the baby stuff and Mia turning two. Brian keeps saying to me "you don't have a 1 year old anymore. Sorry mom!"

Laura, we are getting a Buy Buy Baby in the area. It is supposed to be way better than BRU, but I don't know if I want to go in there when it opens. It might depress me.  Stick out tongue

    NOT it.

  • GVSU - they seriously grow up too fast.  They go from tiny little round sleepy babies to curious happy giggly long-limbed mini-people in such a short amount of time, it's mind boggling.

There was a newborn baby at the doctor's office this morning, and it was hard to believe that 8 ish SHORT months ago that was T.  Crazy.  Crazy I tell you!

Slow here, too, and I'm at home! My doc author won't respond to an email I need before my work can continue. Blah.

    What do you do?

Customer service, sales and technical work.  Fun stuff.  Not.  The phones aren't ringing and orders/quotes aren't coming in.  Makes for a very long day.

I think so! No visuals--just real-life stories of some of the worst customers ever invented. ;)

  • So i'm cleaning out my desk, and organizing things (shredding vs. storage today).

Is it wrong if I stock my home office with a few things off of my desk? stapler, hole punch, a few binders.

I figure they won't need those things, since the employees are being cut in 1/2.
