I'm about 2 seconds away from punching DH in the face right through my computer screen. He's whining because he has to help me clean tonight because HE wants to have his friends over. I'm going out and told him that I don't have enough time to do it all, so he has to help. You would think I was asking him to clean the entire world all by himself or something. grrrr

Yesterday, I skipped dinner and ate a pretzel with cheese, bag of twizzlers and 34 oz pepsi at school. I wonder why I can't lose weight.

I get kind of mad when I make a meal and my husband doesn't like it....I mean it is hard to think of food to make for him (since most of my best meals involve cheese) and I have been making an effort to cook more at home and he is just indifferent to my meals....It makes me crazeee. He almost always wants to go out for a "snack" later in the evening and it usually ends up being more than just a small appetizer or and a beer....and it frustrates me...I mean for better or worse I do take the time to make dinner and it makes me feel unappreciated when he would rather eat icky bar food than my home cooked meals....

I eat them just fine, its not that they are bad dinners, so that makes it more frustrating.

i drives me nuts that j can cook a meal for himself on nights that i have to work, but ask me "what's for dinner?" on the nights i don't. WTF?!?!?! hello!!!! i work 2 jobs and expect me to cook you dinner....should be the other way around.

DH drives me crazy with this too! And he refuses to eat leftovers, so whatever I don't eat sits in the fridge till it goes bad. We could have leftovers from 3 or 4 different meals in the fridge, meals that he enjoyed, and he will make himself mac n cheese for dinner rather than eating the leftovers.

there's a lot of crap going on with my mil (not going into here) and j refuses to listen to me. it's like talking to a wall that just nods it's head. even though i've been thru this same crap with other family members and have some idea of what i'm talking about, i'm the idiot who knows nothing. however, his buddies can tell him something (stupid crap) and it's the written word. aaarrrggghhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really starting to regret encouraging DH to go back to the mp unit in Toledo he left last year. He's already starting to regret it, and now he informs me that this year's Christmas party has been moved from a Saturday afternoon to a Friday night. Same night as my Christmas party at work. I so badly want to vent about how disappointed I am in this decision (apparently the decision of the other wives) on FB, but not my style to air my disappointments like that on fb. It annoys the crap outta me when others do it.

I plan to do some major shopping tomorrow - between $100 a purchase of $250 or more at NY & Co, $50 off $150 at Express and a just received today DSW rewards certificate...it is so on! I should wait to see if I can drop a few pounds, but I'm kinda in need of cooler weather clothes now.

Two of our best friends are in Europe and have been for the past 2 weeks. They come back Monday and I am SO excited. Not necessarily because I'm excited to see them again (which I won't until after we move back because our schedule is so nuts) but because I want to stop writhing with envy with every status message they put up. It wasn't so bad when we had our own Europe trip in the works for June 2011 with another couple we're close friends with, but then we postponed late this summer. I haaaate being jealous and I've had 3 Europe trips cancelled on me since I was 12. I just wanna go!!

I'm late, but I've got two things I need to vent out.

At 4 in the morning Friday morning while I'm at working I get a text from my best friend saying "y u hate?" I asked what she meant and she texted back "y u hate me? it's like you hate my now" I texted back 10 times and called 3, no answer! #1 If she's commenting on the fact that we haven't talked in a while, I left her text and message on facebook, she didn't answer for a week. When I finally did hear from her, she said she'd been working on the house all week on top of a full week of taking care of her cousins kid. I assumed she's been busy and figured I'd hear from her when I did. #2 If I found out she was drunk when she sent that, I will be even more mad. Whenever she gets upset, she runs to the bottle. Since it only happens about once maybe twice a month, she claims she's not an alcoholic, but if you CONTSTANLY need it like that, I'm pretty sure you need some kind of help. I am not putting up with it.

Last Sunday was my Step-SIL birthday and it's the first time we've seen the family since the wedding. Everyone kept asking us trying to have a baby. I keep saying BNOTB, but the truth is I kind of do want to have a baby. I'm annoyed with his family for acting like we NEED their approval. I feel like if I go ahead and have a baby now, I'm doing what they want and not want I want.
