What up, weekend!
I am so thankful to Jesus that the weekend is finally here. Seriously, I can't believe I've only been back at work for just ONE week. Ugh.
What's everyone up to this weekend?
I'm officially starting our thank you cards .. our wedding was 3 weeks ago. FAIL. Is anyone else still working on theirs?!!

I'm changing my license tomorrow. And baking cupcakes for DH's poker game.
I haven't started our TY cards. We get ours in our photography package, so I'm trying to wait for them. If I don't hear from the photographer in the next week with our proofs, I'll have to just get generic cards.
Don't feel bad. You got married 3 weeks after me, and I still don't have mine done!! Part of it was the long HM, part of it was waiting on the cards. Now the last part is my lazy azz sitting down to do them. Ugh.
I'm sick and stuffy, so I plan to rest and clean this weekend. I was supposed to go wine tasting with my friends on the keg bus tomorrow, but I'm feeling like that's a bad idea when I feel like caca.

This weekend I am taking it easy!!! I feel like we havent had a "not busy" weekend since we've gotten back from the HM!
I am also a big fat FAIL on my thankyou cards - ive gotten about 50 done but its not really that many in the grad scheme of how many i have to write! ugh!! But we are going to "halloweekends" at cedar point (theme park in ohio) tomorrow - the whole place turns into this AWESOME haunted house and im SUPER PUMPED! 
I didn't start mine yet. I'm waiting for the photog pic so i can send that as my card.
Stef- how's the house coming along? Mine's terrible! I feel like a horder! Stuff is everywhere!!
steff, i JUST got mine done, and i was married sept. 4th. i still have about 20 that i am waiting on addresses for...i have emailed all of them to get them to me, but they are not responding! not my problem...
thank the lord almighty that it is almost 4 on friday. cold and rainy here = gym, 2 bottles of red (one for tonight, one for tomorrow), MOVIE AND STIRFRY alone. then tomorrow gerren and i are going to see a movie, but we cant decide between Red, The Town, or Social Network.

We're only in an apartment, thank God - I cannot imagine dealing with a house right now. But it's coming along. We do have stuff everywhere. Pictures still aren't hung and we have knick knacks just thrown on shelves. I told J this weekend is operation knickknack & picture hanging.
Are things organized for you for the most part?

Thank goodness the weekend is here. We just mailed out our TY cards yesterday...whoo hoo.
We're going to the pumpkin festival in Half Moon Bay tomorrow. I am so looking forward to having pumpkin ice cream. I'm debating wether I'll sign up for the pumpkin pie eating contest or not.

OMG, I love them! Love, love the one of you walking down the aisle. They're all so good. I can't wait to see the reception details with your periodic table table numbers and sciency stuff. (What can I say, I'm a dork!)
Iceland was AWESOME! I'm working on writing all of our HM into a blog to put up, but so far I'm totally slacking. We snorkeled in between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. That was pretty much the highlight of the trip. I would love to go back eventually.
I bought thank you cards 2 weeks ago, thinking I would get them all done that week. I still havent even started them lol.
I am going to happy hour after work to celebrate my bday and then going to a new bar thats opening. Ive been pumped for this all week but now I would rather go home. DH surprised me with a baby kitty today but I havent seen it yet
He sent me a pic while I was at work and now I won't be able to go see it till after drinks. Tomorrow I'm going to an outlet mall nearby and going out to dinner at night. Sunday, I'm going to my moms for dinner.
I finally got back my pro pics. I will try and get them up this weekend.
