Do nothing weekend

I've scheduled myself a "do nothing weekend" next weekend. If someone asks me if I'm free, I'm going to say no. Then I will stay home and do nothing.

Do you ever do this? I feel like I'm being totally antisocial, but my weekends have been so packed lately that I feel like I haven't had any time to unwind.

Nope I think it's healthy to just do what you want sometimes. I did it last Friday. Saturday and Sunday were packed for me so Friday I said I'm not doing anything.

I do that all the time and I think it's one of the best things you can do to have time for just you.
