What are your plans this halloween?
Will you dress up?
Will you dress up/get festive at work?
Re: Halloween Plans?
What are your plans this halloween? Don't know yet, DH's family who live in Frisco usually have a huge bash, DJ, catered food, ...This year (that we moved here!!) they are not going to have one. But invited us to tag along with them to some partied they are invited, I feel funny crashing parties I am not invited at this age!
Will you dress up? If we go to a party yes, I like to dress slutty this year, I always play it too safe and feel like a grandma at parties!
Will you dress up/get festive at work? Maybe wearing orange and black with a headband? It's my first year at this job, I am not sure what is the culture here.
I don't know what our plans are, yet. We have a great invite for Sat night, but we currently have DSS and he hasn't made any other plans.
We aren't supposed to have him for Halloween this year, but that technically isn't Halloween.
If I go anywhere fun, I will dress up.
I will also dress up in theme for work. I work in Energy Efficiency, so last year I was Super Solar, and this year I will be something along the same lines.
That is cute!! May be I should come up with a theme like that, but how can I be a pot-hole?
Haha - easy! Hula hoop, shoulder straps, and some spray painted fabric that looks like asphalt and hangs around the hula hoop (gather it at your waist). then you can look like you fell in a pothole. haha. it might not be very easy to actually do work though!
I think our friends are having a party; I haven't really pressed the issue because I tend to feel likeshit in the afternoon/evening and the thought of going to a party does not sound fun at the moment. and I usually pass out around 9/10pm. wah wah waaaaaah.
::cue sad violin music::
I bought a halloween costume last year that I'm just going to wear again.
We're having a Halloween party, too. I haven't decided on a costume yet. My two ideas right now are
1. Stepford Wife (I stole this idea from somone on the bump but I don't remember who.
) I'll dress up as the wife with some silver paint showing through in various spots.
2. Horror movie victim. I figured this would be easy...just wear something skimpy and paint some bloody cuts on.
Either input on which costume is better?
Are you sure it wasn't on the Nest you saw that?
Haha, clearly I like the first one better.

Ahhh...Yes!
Sorry, hope you don't mind my stealing it. Thanks for giving me such a cute idea! The only problem is that I haven't found a dress (That's not true, I found some cute ones online but they're expensive!) If I find one ane do this, I'll post pics so you can see your idea in action.

Saturday we have 2 parties to hit up and then some friends want to go out late in downtown as well, we have no actual Halloween plans.
We've been trying to figure out our costumes but we don't have a whole lot yet,
