Mouse traps....
What are the best kind to get. Please keep in mind I have a dog and two cats so I can't have any kind of poison that they could get into.
Also, I don't like the old time traps. I don't want to get close to any mice.
We have seen a couple mice in the house last year, and well, only one caught by one of the cats. But, I can hear one in the wall. Don't have any idea how they got in there, can't find any holes.
Thank you for your help.
Re: Not sure where to ask this question!
We had mice when we moved into our current apartment, but the landlord refuses to acknowledge it.
We used the child safe ones. They also make a kind that conceals the mouse. It's advertised on TV.
If you go to your local store or hardware store, i'm sure there are a lot of options.

I've used the Ortho Max Home Defense ones. Walmart sells them in packs of 2 for $7, I think. The cost could be more or less depending on your region. They contain the mouse. You put cheese or peanut butter in there and when the mouse goes in it traps them. (I use peanut butter) You don't have to touch anything.
