As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Our fate will be decided this week...
This week, the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) panel will meet to decide who gets to go to Air-Traffic controller school in Oklahoma.
DH took the test this time last year and got a 92%. While we were on our HM he got an email asking what states we would want to work in. Based on intel from my dad, who is a controller, we picked Georgia and Florida. Because of the great need for controllers in those areas, and DH's good score, we're hoping he gets picked up. If he does it means we can finally stop living paycheck-to-paycheck and start saving for our future. It also means the first relocation by more than an hour for either of us.
If he is picked up, it will be six months of physicals, background checks, and psych evals, then three(-ish) months of training in Oklahoma, then relocation.
I don't imagine we'll find out any information for at least a couple months, but I could use some nesty vibes.
