dresser & $ on CL
i found a dresser on CL that i'd like to buy. it was listed at $75, i offered $50 because i'd have to rent a truck to pick it up. the person responded that they could deliver the dresser since we don't live too horribly far from each other but didn't answer my question as to how much they'd take. should i just give them the $75 since it looks like they will deliver it and i don't have to go to the trouble of getting the truck? that feels like the right thing to do. wdyt?

Did you specifically tell the person that you were offering $50 to offset the cost of a truck? If so, then I think them delivering it does mean they want the full $75 because they are erasing that expense.
