"Of the month clubs"

So DH won't give me any ideas for what he wants for Xmas. I'm thinking of getting him a subscription to one of those "of the month" clubs. What do you think? I'm trying to think what he would appreciate. He might like the hot sauce one, I'm also trying to see if I can find a tequila one.

Re: "Of the month clubs"

  • That would be a good idea, or there's always beer :)  I have no idea what to get DH this year either, its harder bc we are tight on money now too.
  • I know this isn't exactly what you were talking about, but I asked Bill about this, and he suggested getting him a subscription to ESPN magazine.  He gets one from my aunt every year and loves it.

That's a good idea too. I'm not sure if he'd read it but I'll look into it!

  • i think the of the month club would be fun. gives him something to look forward to all year long! :)

if you want to get him a subscription to espn magazine, look out for deals. I got my brothers subscriptions to it for $5 last year when amazon was running a deal. they always seem to run awesome magazine specials close to the holidays

  • G is usually not a magazine guy but we have a subscription to ESPN and he enjoys flipping through it and checking it out.

What you are talking about sounds good. I think there is a beer one too--I'm sure your dad would like that one too :)

  • It is always hard thinking of gifts for T also. I am thinking of getting him a subscription to either ESPN or Sports Illustrated for Christmas.

We get each other 4 gifts and then something for the house like a appliance or a piece of furniture this year I got my new frontload washer and dryer...last year I got a new stove.
