Les Miserables?
Is anyone interested in doing a book club/read-along for Les Miserables? I read an abridged version in high school and then went to see the Broadway show with my lit class. The show is coming to Detroit in the spring and I want to go see it. I bought an unabridged copy of the book awhile ago and reading it before the show seems to make sense.
It is really long and I think it will take about two months to read. Is anyone interested? I'd like to start by January at the latest.

Hmm... if it takes you two months to read, then it would take me four months. Is it slow to get through because of the heavy writing style (I'm thinking Anna Karenina and Vanity Fair) or just long (like Gone with the Wind)?
I've seen the movie a couple of times, but I've never read the book or seen the live performance before.
