I FINALLY caught up last night during the marathon. I hadn't seen a single episode before last night - I'm totally hooked.
His eyes were bugging me so much last night and the tanning googles never occured to me. I think you are exactly spot on! Holy hell, I hate him. He's so annoying. He's like an overgrown immature kid.
I watched it for the first time last night. I also thought/was hoping his announcement was about sexing with Robyn.
I was oddly fascinated, but Kody annoys me too much for me to watch regularly.

Honestly, I think he probably is already sexing Robin but knows better than to announce that to the other wives considering how they freaked out they heard he had sealed the proposal with a kiss. He is such an enormous douchebag. The fact he was hitting on Meri while getting ready to marry Robin was just too effing much.
I cannot figure out why Janelle (that's wife #2, right?) is married to him. She doesn't seem remotely interested in Kody. And she doesn't seem that into the whole family dynamic. It really seems more like she's a roommate than one of the wives.
Robin annoys me. "OMG I'm getting married!" No, you're getting "married". And you were already married once. The giant 200 person wedding reception makes no sense for the lifestyle she's choosing. Like the other two wives said -- they didn't think it was right to have a big ol' ceremony and white dress. I think Robin is going to really screw up their dynamic and bring on lots of competition and (even more) jealousy.
