My current favourite blog is the one by Tony Gentilcore. It's a fitness blog (he's a trainer and co-owns a gym) and he is hilarious. He consistently rips to shreds the terrible misconceptions in the fitness industry (like that women should lift light for lots of reps. Um no).
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
