How was everyone's weekend?
I'm am suffering from a horrible head cold =( I feel like the cold meds are't doing anything, or this head cold is turing into a sinus infection. Either way, no fun.
I was so out of it this weekend - H and I went to the outlets on Saturday; and I wasn't even paying attention. In Ann Taylor, I bought a cardigan, a shirt and a belt. I get home to realize the cardigan is an XSP, and the belt is a L. Yea, figure that one out. However I can make them work. The cardigan fits (looks silly buttoned, but I won't button it, and the belt is just large, very large).
Sunday, I caught up on Jersey Shore and some work, all from the comfort of my bed.

Philly, sorry you're sick. It seems like almost everyone I know has been suffering from that same head cold the past couple of weeks (myself included!)
Our weekend was pretty good. Friday night we had date night. We went out for sushi and went to Rockin' Bowling and then came home and watched a movie. Saturday was spent trying to get stuff done around the apartment. Saturday night we went out to dinner with my father-in-law. Sunday we ran a bunch of errands and redecorated/repurposed our office (took out the guest bed -- we RARELY have guests, so we're just buying an extra nice air mattress; we got two much larger desks and some shelving, so now it's really an office and not a combo "whatever" room).

SBS - I think our air mattress is more comfortable then the bed in the guest room.
We spent Friday night at the football game then went to Ikea Saturday morning. We got lots of good buys - a bookshelf for the nursery (which completes all of our furniture purchases!), some picture frames, new throw pillows for the LR, and some other random stuff. Yesterday we finished up our door painting project so now all the doors and trim in our house have been repainted to be a bright white (not the previous dingy looking grey) and we painted the outside of the front door a glossy black and replaced the peeling brass hardware with brushed nickel. It looks so much better. I also made and canned some apple butter to use up the last 10 pounds of our orchard apples since DH wont really let me help paint.

I'm on field assignment, so there will be no more weekends for me until I return to my cushy office. I did however see a beautiful sunrise Saturday morning.
And in other good news, I am finally holding my own interacting with clients and communicating in our extensive project.
Sounds like some fun weekends ladies.
Friday was date night so we went out for Sushi and saw the Capital Steps. Then Sat, we made apple sauce and did other work around the house before going out to eat with some friends. Sunday I watched lots of TV since DH left for the week
