I know you have tons on your plate. But stop trying to push your work onto me when I have my own responsibilities as well. I help as much as I can. But I cannot just drop what I am doing with no notice to help you out. I am also not a mind reading and do not know when something is not working out for you if you don't communicate with me. Please get in touch without giving me an attitude!

Thanks so much for f*cking with my head. I am now really starting to understand why the rest of the department HATES you. You are non-committal and vague and I don't appreciate you forcing me to attempt to read between the lines when I've had all of 3 - yes, 3, I've counted - interactions with you that have been more than 2 minutes long, and one of my was my f*cking interview last MARCH!!! I've been here 6 weeks. My numbers are not going to skyrocket in 6 weeks when I'm trying to establish myself and a reputation. STFU and let me just do my job!

I love you dearly. You know that. But I have to say that when you KNOW that I have rehearsal 3 nights a week for the next 3 weeks, I'd rather you not whine when I want to create easy dinners for rehearsal night. I can make stir fry in 20 minutes tops. Chicken parm (or any version we do of chicken that gets baked) takes a minimum 45 minutes. I'd really rather not do a complicated dinner the NIGHT BEFORE I have an observation I'm already stressed out for. Thanks.

Hey, I'm new and haven't posted much, but I got married July 10th and have been lurking a bit on this board.
I'm student teaching this fall and totally get all the teacher rants. The teacher I shadow is sometimes so vague I have trouble understanding what she wants and it is stressing me out soooo much. It really sucks to bring someone something and have them shoot it down and not give you any further details on what was wrong. Some times I just want to say, "of course I'll spend every waking minute on this lesson plan...its not like I have 4 other classes and a husband to deal with too."
I also feel bad because DH makes dinner every single night now and cleans up. I am probably winning the award for worst new wife ever.my read shelf:
I understand the teacher rants too. Today was the first day back after the students had 6 days off. Ugh!!!
