I know it's early to be thinking about this, but I just got an e-mail about it today, so it's on my mind. My MOH in my wedding is getting married in NYC on April 29th. God willing, I will be 37 weeks pregnant at that point. I'm not so nervous about the flight itself, more that I may go into labor during the weekend since it's 3 weeks from my due date. I love this girl and would feel really bad missing it, but I don't know if it's a smart thing to do. I obviously don't have to decide today, but would you travel from Florida to NY when you were 37 weeks pregnant?

I would not.
I will leave my congratulations here rather than in the other post. That's fantastic news!
First off, congrats! But, most airlines won't let you fly after 36 weeks and I doubt you'd get a doctor to okay it. My doc personally told me she doesn't want me flying after 32 or 34 weeks; can't remember which now. It sucks to miss it, but I'm sure your friend will understand.

Thanks for all the advice! She was originally shooting for a May wedding, so we had already discussed the fact that I probably wouldn't be able to come and she obviously understood, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't being overly cautious here.
wong!
Yeah, I gave birth right at 38 weeks, so nope. But like everyone else already said, you won't be allowed to fly anyway.
Congrats though!
Ditto everyone else. I flew at 33 weeks and was MISERABLE. Oh god. I can't imagine flying at 37 weeks.
And yeah, no doc would be ok with that.

Unless you get Sarah Palin's doctors.
