Have any of you ever bought shoes from there? I found these online and I love them, I am just hesitant to buy shoes online without seeing them and trying them on.
WDYT? Do I wear them with skinny jeans? How do you feel about the black and brown people are mixing these days?
Re: DSW
Here's the last time I bought shoes someplace OTHER than DSW:
Okay, I don't know when, but the year began with a 19.
Seriously.
To be fair, I can walk to an enormous DSW on my lunch hour, so....
THat said, I've also ordered on line and have had good success with that, too (like when they don't have a shoe I like in my size in stock). This includes any returns I've made. Fine customer service.
I'm anti-brown/black mixing, but that's just me.
You can wear for sure with skinny jeans. They look very cute.
Now I need to go to DSW at lunch. See what you did?
Yeah, I have a pair of skinny capri jeans that I liked this summer but I always wore longer flowing shirts and I think it looked ok. Although, I was probably one of those girls who thinks it looks ok but then other people look at me and think "What the hell is she wearing?".
I like the look of skinny jeans and those longer bulky sweaters. I'm tall enough and have long enough legs to pull it off, I just don't have the "skinny" thing going for me.
LOL thanks Kathy!! That's helpful! We don't have a DSW anywhere around here, but there is always a huge ad in all the of magazines I get! I went online yesterday to look and almost had an orgasm. I love shoes.
If you DO go at lunch....how abouts you look for those boots and let me know what they look like in person?!
Yeah, I dislike the black and brown very much. I know it's in "style" though and I'm just not that trendy....
I like those boots and I also shop at DSW. I would tuck the skinnies inside.
I'm a no brown and black together though.
I still haven't pulled the trigger on skinny jeans though, but maybe inside boots. Oh and I have huge calves, so I have to order from the wide/extended calf section.

I love those boots!!!! I would totally order them except I really need to try on something like that to make sure it fits my legs.
I would wear them with skinny jeans if I could find a pair that didn't make me feel self-conscious.
Please don't do black and brown. Yuck!

I have tried to do the skinny jean thing but they just make my hips look ginormous.
I did buy a pair of boots at Target and I had to wear jeggings (I hate that word) to pull them off but I do make sure that I have long shirts on, that is the only way they were work. With that being said, I would never buy boots on-line because whenever I see a pair, they never look the same on as they do in a picture. With this pair, I had to take them in the dressing room with the jeggings to make sure they worked.
As for the brown and black thing, a fashion consultant came to speak to my sorority alum club and was saying that it only works if the brown is significantly lighter to the black so it does not look like they are mismatched.
