Another Use for Vinegar...
Ok, I know this probably belongs on the Health & Fitness board, but since a lot of people on this one use vinegar a lot, I figured I'd share it. I drank vinegar to cure my sinus infection and it worked! I have terrible sinuses and usually get an infection once or twice a year that makes me miserable for at least a week or even two weeks. Well, I tried apple cider vinegar and it's pretty much gone after only 2 days!
If you have similar problems, try it! It sure beats pumping yourself up with drugs!
Re: Another Use for Vinegar...
Drinking one or two tablespoons of vinegar in a glass of water has many good effects. It can help clear the toxins out of your body and get over being sick faster, among other things.
my dad drinks Apple Cidar Vinegar 2x a day, in an 8oz glass of water, I think 2tsp he has NOT had a cold in 4yrs!
ETA: I also drink Apple Cidar Vinegar when I feel a bladder infection coming on too, GONE in less than an hour after drinking it!
