Weight Loss/Getting Toned/ Healthy Challenge

Whew, that's a long name but I think covers everyone since we all have different goals.  We'll check in on Monday's and discuss progress.

What is your goal?

What is your reward for achieving goal (I do this to help keep me motivated)?

  • What is your goal? To lose 10 lbs.

    When do you want to reach this goal? By the end of the year, then my New Year's res will be to lose more weight.

    What is your reward for achieving goal (I do this to help keep me motivated)? An overdue haircut!

  • What is your goal? To maintain 3-4 visits per week to the gym minimum and to reduce consumption of crappy foods and increase consumption of healthy foods.

     When do you want to reach this goal? This is a lifelong goal and will be ongoing.

    What is your reward for achieving goal (I do this to help keep me motivated)? Little rewards along the way like pedicures, manicures, etc.

    - lost 10 lbs. Go to gym/track/play tennis or some kind of activity 3-5 times/week. Drink more water < coke zero and cut out of the crappy/fried/fast foods aka cook more :)

    When do you want to reach this goal?

    Lose the 10 lbs by the end of the year

    What is your reward for achieving goal (I do this to help keep me motivated)? Pull out the jeans in the back of my closet and wear those bad boys again! :)

    When do you want to reach this goal? December 31st. I want to maintain in the New Year

    What is your reward for achieving goal (I do this to help keep me motivated)? A nice new pair of jeans that actually fits me correctly so H will stop harassing me about my baggy a** pants and a new top for New Years Eve (basically a whole new outfit for that night).

  • What is your goal? to tone up and possibly lose more weight

    When do you want to reach this goal? January. I know the holidays are going to be hard so I figured I'd give myself some buffer time to account for cookies and cakes.

    What is your reward for achieving goal (I do this to help keep me motivated)? hmm, probably new clothes or a hair cut.

  • What is your goal?  Eat healthy and work out regularly. If I lose weight great! If I tone up great! I just need to be more healthy

    When do you want to reach this goal? Daily :-) Its a lifestyle change.

     What is your reward for achieving goal? New clothes along the way that fit! 

  • What is your goal?to lose 20 lbs, to feel better about how i look (aka tone up), to go to the gym 4xs a week, to eat less When do you want to reach this goal? well it will be ongoing forever :(  but i would like to see 20 lbs lost by my birthday in febWhat is your reward for achieving goal (I do this to help keep me motivated)? new jeans :)  AND wearing the $2000 worth of old jeans already in my closet!
  • What is your goal? Maintain current weight, walk for an hour minimum 5 times a week, gym at least once a week.When do you want to reach this goal? starting November 15th, continuing indefinitelyWhat is your reward for achieving goal (I do this to help keep me motivated)? Nice clothes that fit well!!
  • Goal - to loose the 12Ibs I've gained back since the wedding...yikes!

    Timeline - I'd like to loose the 12Ibs by 2011 so I can start off the new year back at my wedding weight.  Then from there I'll try to lose another 20Ibs.  (I lost 20Ibs for the wedding in 4 months so I'd be over the moon if I lost an additional 20Ibs!!!)

    Reward - comfortably fitting into my jeans that I'd gotten when I lost the first 20Ibs and then I'll treat myself to some more clothes...shopping does the body and soul good!!!
