So, I was just looking for Ravens tickets for this weekend and two upcoming away games came up. For the Atlanta game tickets start at $36 and the Carolina tickets start at $46. This is just crazy to me! It might be cheaper for us to travel to OOT games. How much are tickets for your team? The only time we can get tickets under $100 is if we go to the stadium and wait until it gets close to game time. Usually it costs us about $150/ticket to go and that's for shiity seats.
Re: NFL Fans
I am a Packer fan, the last game at Lambeau Field that I went to tickets were $360 a piece for decent (not that great for that price) seats. That is definitely typical for there. People have their great-grandchildren on the wait list for season tickets.
Here in MN you can go to a Vikings game fairly cheap - $100ish for not so great seats, but the only games I go to are when they play the Packers and those are obviosly the most popular, so they run a couple hundred a piece for 1/2 way decent seats.

My (upper level) Redskins tickets are about $100, face value. I can re-sell them for more, depending on the game. Last year, was a different story - b/c we were terrible and some of the home games were against Oakland and KC - even if I still lived in DC, I probably would have not gone to those games! But I'm weird, I try to sell my tickets, only for face value, and only to Redskins fans. I was on the wait list for 9 years for tickets, so I know the frustration of not having access to tickets. (Thank goodness for Shanahan, I was able to sell my extra tickets this season!)
The fact that the Ravens actually win makes a huge difference. I am surprised about the Altanta tix, but isn't Carolina still winless? Trust me - demand goes WAY down when the team sux!
You should get those tickets for this Sunday (the 24th).
Nick won tickets and it will be my first ever live football game. And it will also be the first time ever I'll be tailgating. You should be there with me
We don't have parking passes, but someone told Nick where we should park. I'll text you tonight and let you know.
LOL! I know...that should have a suite reserved for all employees...it's not like it's gonna cost him anything extra, right?
And I think hibiscus are a great idea...I was thinking about it too...besides bottomless drinks is way better than paying for the beer at the game. Lets do it!
Louisville doesn't have a team - most people here are either Colts fans (PUKE) or Cincinnati fans. I'm a Patriots fan. The mister and I went to the Bengals/Pats game in Cincinnati two years in a row - the first year in the 18th row (that was four years ago, i think i paid $180 total) and the second time we went, we were in the second row in the end zone, and I paid $360 total.
Then we went to the Pats/Jets game at Gilette Stadium when Favre was playing for the Jets - awesome game, even though we lost, went in to overtime. Those tickets were gifted to us by a man who works for my dad who has season tix.
We are going to the Bears/Pats game on December 13 in Chicago - and we paid $250/seat!!! for the 12th row, i believe - but it's kyle's gift from his parents for his 30th bday. That does NOT include a parking pass.
LMAO!!!
The way the Panthers have been playing you can probably show up and buy great seats for $50 each in the parking lot. Check Craigslist in Charlotte and Raleigh.
