We may have an offer
We have been going back and forth with price, but I think they might be accepting our price, but we should know more tomorrow. The kicker is that we may have to be out of here by November 1. The realtor is checking to see if we can make it at least 2-3 weeks (or even a month) to get out of here.
Because we don't want this to be a deal breaker we may have only a week to pack up...crazy!!! Anyone want to come to TN to help pack 
We may have to move into an apartment for a little while, but we will see. I hope this is it, but if not we will just keep chugging along.

I'm really surprised that the buyers (and their bank) want you out that fast! Does that even give them enough time to do an inspection and have their finances finalized and everything?

They are paying by cash and I guess a week will be enough time, but we will see
