Approved for loan - refinancing!
Yay, I'm so excited! This happened so fast. Our house was taken off the market on October 1, and less than 3 weeks later we are approved! We're going to close on Thursday.
I'm really happy. We got a great rate and have paid enough into the house based on what the appraisal came back with, that we're even going to get rid of our PMI payments!
I asked Dave if we can go to the Melting Pot after we close on Thursday, in celebration. I haven't been there in sooo long and I have a coupon that expires end of the month that I've been trying to find an excuse to use.
